2008 高松宮記念(G1) ファイングレイン vs キンシャサノキセキ

3月30日、第38回高松宮記念に出走、4番人気に支持される。レースは降りしきる雨の中、馬群の真ん中を抜け出し、キンシャサノキセキ、1番人気のスズカフェニックスの追走を振り切り優勝。96年のフラワーパークのレースレコードを更新する好時計で、GI馬の仲間入りを果たした。なおレース後はリフレッシュ放牧に出された。
