The Pennsylvania Dirt Kart Series and Mullis Speed Concepts present: "The King Of The Hill" at Path Valley Speedway Park! This video is of the Flathead 360 class feature race. Conner Noonan takes a nasty spill after making hard contact with the retaining wall coming out of turn two, and Matt Chavis picks up his third win of the series!
