2012 Scioto Downs Ribbon Cutting for Casino

Scioto Downs hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday afternoon. Former Cincinnati Reds player and manager, Pete Rose, as well as Columbus dignitaries and MTR Gaming Group executives were on hand to formally open the $152 million gaming facility.
