Balmoral Park Qualifier Accident 8-10-2011

This is a Qualifier Race that took place on 8-10-2011 at Balmoral Park Racetrack. One horse died while 2 drivers were injured. One, Hosea Williams, suffered serious injuries to the head, left arm and leg.
