Naughty Horse 2: Horse refuses and dumps his jockey in fence Howick point to point

Eliza films a race at Howick at Chepstow on a beautiful february day. One of the horses refuses and dumps his jockey in the fence. Shows you can't make them do it if they don't want to!!
