Phipps falls at the first - Horse racing bent

Head of Security at the Jockey Club, Major General Jeremy Phipps, manages to hilariously contradict himself whilst interviewed by Andy Davies. Although the beeb fought and won a High Court action to enable this programme to be shown, it has now been airbrushed down the memory hole.
