Golden Gate Fields celebrated the Lunar New Year on February 26 with the Year of the Dragon Celebration. This video starts with a performance of Chinese dance by the Flying Angels, followed by race1 at a mile and a sixteenth and is topped off by Sam Spear interviewing the now retired jockey Laffit Pincay Jr. past holder of the title "Worlds Winn-ingest Jockey". Russell Baze, current holder of the title, joins them at the end.

Yougottawanna wires 2004 Seabiscuit Handicap at Bay Meadows [02:32]
Yougottawanna had quite the seesaw career. As a 2-year-old, he stunned Officer with an upset win in the 2001 California Cup Juvenile. He lost his next three starts, then defeated Danthebluegrassman and stablemate Cappuchino in the Grade 3 El Camino Real Derby. He missed nearly a year of racing after the El Camino, and lost 11 consecutive races after his return. He ended the losing streak with an eight-length victory in an option claiming race, from which he was claimed for $50000 John F. Martin. Jerry Hollendorfer took him back for $80000 two starts later and wheeled him back in the Grade 3 Seabiscuit Handicap at Bay Meadows on Memorial Day 2004. In the Seagiscuit, Yougottawanna set a fast pace and turned back stablemate Gold Ruckus to register a 3/4-length victory under jockey Russell Baze. Yougottawanna posted a repeat victory in the 2005 Seabiscuit.
