First show of the season pictures! Videos will be up soon my video camera software is being stupid right now......had an awesome day! I am riding my new trainer's horse since Boomer is out for the season due to his hock injury...I came home with reserved high point (: didnt think i was going to get anything this show.. Riders: Kayla on Dont Blink ( me on the bay horse) Rachel on Chevelle (the dun horse) Allison on River (the paint horse) Times: Me on Dont Blink: Single Stake: 10.975 (1st place) Poles 1: 11.580 + 4 (3rd place) Birangle: 17.281 (3rd place) Speed Barrels: 11.481 (2nd place) Barrels: 21.890 + 2 (7th place) 2nd place overall Alllson on River: Single Stake: 11.480 (4th place) Poles 1: 15.965 (4th place) Birangle: 18.603 (5th place) Speed Barrels: 12.156 (4th place) Barrels: 22.099 (5th place) 5th overall! WSH/ St. John 4/28/12 & 4/29/12 [02:56]
READ READ READ So I took Tora to his first gaming show of the year, and he did AMAZING. I went in not expecting him to do more than a trot/lope through with all his patterns, but i let him go his own pace and he did great. Obviously the first barrel run we messed up, and it was my fault for going to fast. & unfortunately my camera died after my 2nd event haha but he ran all new PRs. he is definately going to be going to more gaming shows this year. Also i ran at St. John on sunday with apachce, and if it wasnt for our knock in key we would have won high point. oh well, he ran really good for me and had the fastest time in barrels by over a second. no complaints for his first show off of an injury as well as his first actual hard running show of the year. I love my boys.
