So I went riding yesterday and came out with some ok clips. Yes, before you ask I'm stil riding Amazonic. I'm not gonna let one little fall knock my confidence, I've been riding for too long to let that happen. Amo was being a total star until we came to the last fence of our jumping course. Once again, she refused. I wasn't happy as I'd thought she'd have got over it by now. The jump was around 2ft maybe? Yet she still refused. My instructor lowered it (not for my benefit, but for the horse's - which is the most important thing) and she went over it smoothly. I'm sure she has a slight fear about big fences but I'm not exactly sure why. But, oh well! Nevermind, it was still a great lesson. I actually got told to get into a "jockey position" which is basically just a jumping position without the jump, hehe. First in trot, then in canter. Amo was such a happy pony after her extended canter. Being an ex-race horse who can blame her? I bet she misses her racing days, eh? Barrel race, English Style [01:56]
My and my horse Indy participating in a barrel-race organized in the neighborhood... English style~ The footage is terrible, blame my moms filming skills~ But Indy really did her best, and we got in first place! First competition, completely out of our league, and we still won. I was incredibly happy. Unfortunately this was from before I switches to bit-less riding, but this year I'll definitely participate bit-less and prove it's possible~!

Decided to re upload this one again... I posted it just before christmas but hated it and took it down like straight away. I still don't like it and it has so many annoying errors from the rendering (which took forever so I'm not going to bother going back and improving it). Anyway, I don't blame you if you give up half way through haha. I'm no Taylor Swift fan but something about this song reminds me horse racing so I gave it a go. I'm also planning a new video but I'm running a little low on inspiration. If anyone has any ideas of a song or horse etc they'd like to see me vid to then let me know :D (Of course vidding certain horses/jockeys wil depend on what footage I have or can find.)
