Champ Kart Onboard 12/31/12 - Providence / Feature Race [05:17]
Onboard footage of the Champ Kart Feature Race from the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Rhode Island. Tonight on New Year's Eve is the 5th Annual Coffee Cup and Race #2 of the Fatheadz Eyewear Indoor Karting Series. After locking into the Feature Race from the Heat Race, I started 15th out of the 26 karts that started. This race was a wreckfest. When the first caution came out, I nearly ran into Tim in the #15 kart. When another caution came out, I nearly ran into DJ in the #60 kart and was able to avoid him and the other karts that were involved in the accident. RTD WON 8th at AQU 11 28 12 [05:04]
Yahooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RTD WON! By 4 and a ½ but was in command the whole way. He broke sharp, set some nice fractions and was gone! A lot of credit goes to Jose, our new favorite Bug boy! He rode him with confidence and then relaxed on the lead until they turned for home and then turned on the afterburners! It was all over at the top of the stretch! YOWSA!
