READ PLEASE. Okay so this quote means so much to me at the moment. For a long time I have listened to what people have said about my riding and I have been upset by a lot of it, even leading me to change yards. Eventually I realised that I should stop caring what they say, I was making a lot of mistakes and falling off, not really any more than anyone else but it felt like that, my riding confidence and outlook just seemed so dull... I loved horses and riding but it was losing the thrill it had used to give me. I let those people get to me. I moved to a new yard (Woodside Equestrian) because an instructor who I used to get taught by had taken it over. My riding has really improved since I started there and also I came to care less and less about what people think. However I still beat myself up so much if I make mistakes or fall off for stupid reasons. A lot of these clips were taken from my lesson two days ago (22/6/11) and I seriously have not ridden so badly in a long time. I was really ill and I still rode against my dear mothers advice and I really regret it. I was all over the place, eventually falling off at a small spread during the show. I got numerous refusals which were my fault. I was getting tired really easily and Toby is a big, strong horse but I just couldnt get with him or control him at all... I haven't felt this bad in a long time, I feel as if I made a massive fool of myself in front of everyone. It was really just a bad day... :/ But then I found ...

Iam LaserMan and Iam Bonasera Star in "BARN TRICKS" [01:11]
LaserMan and Iam Bonasera Summer 2011 at Gaitway Farms, NJ. Filmed this during a therapy session at the barn. This horse is a monster with everyone except LaserMan and his old groom Sandy. Iam Bonasera has the fastest last quarter ever run in history at 24.4 seconds. He is one of the coolest horses I've ever had to pleasure to work on and love him dearly.
