***I OWN/CLAIM NOTHING*** I haven't edited anything in a while and wanted to make a Ruffian video, so here it is. Nothing special, but I love this song. :) And I've had a lot of stuff on my mind lately and I've been super busy showing dogs and helping at horse shows ( still haven't ridden Miles... maybe this coming week?? ) so I haven't had much time to log onto youtube or anything. Also... congrats to ZENYATTA!! You made my heart stop yet again, big girl. Way to go :) I'm planning a super awesome video of Zenyatta but I don't think I'm going to upload it till the day before the Classic x) So maybe look for stuff involving the video?? I may need some help because I want to to be super epic and awesome :D Enjoy!

Horse Racing - Kings & Queens [02:32]
Where to begin.... I've been working on this video since 10th April 2010, a date which sticks in my mind because it was the day that Tony McCoy finally won the Grand National on his 15th attempt. It was wonderful to watch this normally quiet, restrained man visibly rejoice and show his emotion. This reminded me of Mick Kinane's Arc triumph on the great Sea The Stars, the horse that stayed his retirement for one more season, and what a season that turned out to be! This video may not be perfect, but what work of art is? This song leapt out at me because having spoken to, heard and seen winning jockeys the overriding feeling I get is that, if only for a moment, as they cross that finish line they are on top of the world; they are invincible. I've tried my best to bottle that feeling and put it into my favourite format -- video. So apologies for the long, waffling description, I promise there will be cyber-pie (approved by Dean Winchester) for those who got this far, but I just wanted to give a background to the most epic (in scale, I'm not blowing my own trumpet) video I've made to date. The knowledge that just a few people may be touched by this video kept me going through the hours of tedious masking (frame after gorramm frame), chroma keying, colour correcting and the endless previews I rendered and forced my friends & family to watch. Your comments make it worthwhile, because in my opinion the response from others is what defines 'art'. NOW GO AND WATCH SUPERNTURAL. ALL ...
