1994 Mother Goose Stakes - Lakeway [06:10]
Belmont Week came to a record-setting close yesterday when the California filly Lakeway won the Mother Goose Stakes by more than four lengths over Cinnamon Sugar and by 10 lengths over Inside Information, and pranced to the head of the class of 3-year-old fillies. Before the sun went down, she belonged to a gnarly group of risk takers willing to take a shot at racing success. Come along for the ride. It should be interesting.
