15.2 hands, Tulloch was an exceptional galloper who could sustain speed for impossible distances in the run home. He died aged 15 in 1969. Tulloch's race record stands at 53 starts for 36 wins, 12 seconds and 4 thirds. He was unplaced just once. It came in the 1960 Melbourne Cup where he finished 7th carrying 64 kg.
