Frankel::The World's Greatest Racehorse Returns [01:43]
I OWN NOTHING BUT THE EDITING. *EDIT* Simply superb. Frankel is magic. 10 from 10. Just the greatest. No flat horse has ever got me this excited. Can't wait to see where he goes next! In one week, the highest rated racehorse (or is he joint with BC? whatever, in my eyes Frankel is superior to Black Caviar, controversial I know-dont eat me!) in the world returns in the Lochinge Stakes at Newbury. I for one cannot wait and hopefully he will smash up his rivals once again. There's a couple if glitches in the video, SV wouldn't play it back properly but hopefully they're not too major. Does everyone else think Frankel will be better this season? Anyway, enjoy the video, it's nothing special but I couldn't resist making it as a tribute to the returning superstar ^^ (Now back to revising, exams start on tuesday!)

1986 Kentucky Derby - Ferdinand [21:48]
A horse from California was supposed to win the 112th Kentucky Derby, but hardly anybody expected it to be Ferdinand, a 17‚1 shot ridden by a 54-year-old jockey and saddled by a 73-year-old trainer. But at the finish of a slow and roughly run Derby, it was Ferdinand, ridden by Bill Shoemaker and trained by Charlie Whittingham, drawing away to a 21/4- length victory over Bold Arrangement and Broad Brush, with the favored Californians, Snow Chief and Badger Land, off the board. Shoemaker steered Ferdinand, a son of the English triple crown winner Nijinsky II, through heavy traffic from last place to first while covering the mile and a quarter in a dull 2:024/5. Bold Arrangement, an English colt, won a three-way duel for second place, finishing three-quarters of a length in front of Broad Brush. Snow Chief, the 2‚1 favorite, tired badly to finish 11th after taking a brief lead round the far turn. Ferdinand paid $37.40 for $2 to win, the highest Derby payoff since Gato del Sol, also a Californian, also rallied to win from last place and returned $41.40 in 1982. The race was a sentimental triumph for Shoemaker, who became by far the oldest rider ever to win the race while scoring his fourth Derby triumph, and for Whittingham, a Hall of Fame trainer who had never won a Derby. Artistically, though, it was a less successful Derby run before a crowd of 123891. The winner's time over a fast track was the slowest in 12 years, and more horses had rough trips than honest ones today ...

For Sale-7 yr/o grade $6000 [01:24]
Just practice 5/9/12. His mom was a Raise Your Glass, Tonto Bars Gill, Spotted Bull, Jet Deck bred mare that was registered. He's been exibitioned a lot but I've only entered once where he was in the 2D behind Vegas who won it in the Open at Spicers and he wasn't even running hard. He has been goat tied off but I wouldn't sugest it as he's a good 16.2hh or so. He runs poles, he is also very cowy, and he has been jumped some (3ft highest). He'd make a great kid horse, he's very relaxed. He's the one who bows, lays down, and smiles on command. :P In this video he is in a Bozo hack with a martingale but I run him in a tie down with a Junior Cowhorse bit.

Churchill Downs Stakes (Stakes) FOR FOUR YEAR OLDS AND UPWARD. By subscription of $300 each, which should accompany the nomination or by Supplementary Nomination of $20000 each at the time of entry. $2000 to pass the entry box; $2000 additional to start, with $400000 added. After payment of 1% to all owners of horses finishing sixth through last, 62% of the remaining purse shall be paid to the owner of the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth and 3% to fifth. Weight: 123 lbs. Non-winners of a Grade I stakes since November 4 allowed 3 lbs.; a Grade I or II stakes since September 5, 5 lbs. The maximum number of starters for the Churchill Downs will be limited to fourteen (14). If more than fourteen entries pass the entry box preference will be given to graded stakes winners (in order I-II-III), then highest 2011-2012 earnings. Any horse excluded from running because of the aforementioned preference shall be refunded the entry fee and supplementary nomination fee if applicable. Starters to be named through the entry box at the usual time of closing. All supplementary nominations are required to pay entry and starting fees it they participate. Trophy to winning owner. Karakorum Magic win with Studart - 3rd day in a row!!! [04:25]
This was my 3rd and last win of the week, ending the last week of March 2012 with the highest note of my career so far, 3 wins in a week at one of the NYRA tracks, Aqueduct. What an amazing month, I had my birthday on the 10th, my mom was here from Brazil to celebrate with me and I got a bunch of wins!!! Couldn't ask for more. Thank Gd. Recorded on March 31, 2012 using a Flip Video camera.
