Folowthemoneytrail Wins at Turfway Park [05:26]
FOLOWTHEMONEYTRAIL settled in hand four wide, moved up to engage the leaders leaving the turn, struck the front entering the stretch and edged clear. BREAK OF SILENCE made a long drive circling six wide, and continued on well to earn the place. GO BRAY BOO attended the pace off of the inside, bid between horses leaving the second turn, garnered a brief lead, weakened during the drive and settled for the show. SAVAGE VOW was close up four between horses, offered a mild bid but lacked the needed late response. BIG PICTURE GUY was unhurried into stride, came seven wide and finished with a belated gain. FIRE ANGEL settled saving ground, angled out leaving the second turn but passed only the tiring ones. MOMMA'S HAPPY bobbled at the start, recovered quickly and was forwardly placed three wide, but came up empty between horses on the second turn and dropped out. TIME TO ENGAGE lagged far back and was never a factor. DRAKE MANOR opened clear to set the pace, was headed nearing the five-sixteenths pole and stopped.
Oscar Pistorius vs a HORSE [01:31]
Subscribe for the latest news from SNTV: bit.ly "Bladerunner" Oscar Pistorius raced against a horse in Doha on Wednesday and won - all in an effort to promote disability sport and fight discrimination in the region. Normally when a horse takes on a human in a race there's usually only one winner but that was before Oscar Pistorius challenged a noble steed to a sprint and it was the horse who came away with a long face. The Aspire Zone in Doha witnessed "Bladerunner", beating an Arabian horse as part of the 'Definitely Able' campaign which uses special events to highlight the exceptional feats Paralympic athletes are capable of. Reporter question: "Oscar, how was it?" Oscar Pistorius: "I think you know, for what it's... it wasn't about who won today, it was just about coming out here and really just showing people that those (people) with disabilities are not to be stereotyped against... Having the Arab horse out here, which is a symbolisation of strength and power in this region... To be able to do a showcase event like this is a lot of fun. So thanks to everybody who came out here, it was a good night and hopefully it will do a lot to change the perceptions of people with disabilities in this region." Several noted athletes have pitted themselves against animal opposition with limited success over the years. Welsh sprinter Jamie Baulch and American legend Jesse Owens have both raced against horses, while Pistorius' compatriot, rugby player Bryan Habana, once ran against ...
Near tragic accident in morning workout at racetrack [01:23]
Exercising racehorses is one of the most exciting things I have ever done but it is also one of the most dangerous. I was filming one of our horses, Santa Strega (yellow blinkers with jockey Amanda Tamburello up), working out of the gates a half mile with another horse. Everything was going fine until the rider lost a stirrup coming through the turn. I would not have posted this if the rider did not agree to it, I'm so glad I wasn't filming something that could have ended really horrific...
Horse racing tipsters, horse racing pick trick for winners [01:43]
horseracingtips.co.cc Dear frustrated gambler, I use the name John Davies, although this isn't my REAL name, I use a pen name to protect my identity for obvious reasons. I'm one of the best horse racing tipsters in the UK, and have been successfully helping others make money from horse racing for a number of years. In a few minutes I will show you the one and only insider tipping service that will give you an unfair advantage over other struggling punters, giving you at least a 56% strike rate per month almost on semi-autopilot. Just imagine yourself logging-in into your email account, checking the tips for the day and then placing your bets knowing some of those horses are sure fire winners! My tipping service is NOT like some bogus horse racing systems you can find elsewhere. Usually, those tipping services are run by inexperienced "horse racing tipsters" that have no clue what they're doing. They don't make money from horses. They make money from subscriptions! However, I don't work like that. I DO really make money from betting on the horses, to find out more follow the link below horseracingtips.co.cc
