Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov is well known as a horse-racing enthusiast, but his prized horses have been banned from some international races because of Kadyrov's record as a human rights violator. But he's had no trouble in the Czech Republic, where eight of his top thoroughbreds are being trained.
