Night Nurse's second victory in the Champion Hurdle is widely regarded as the highest-quality race ever run over timber. His Peter Easterby-trained stablemate Sea Pigeon, a future dual winner, was only fourth, with the great Monksfield beaten by two lengths into second. A last-flight mistake contributed to the runner-up's defeat, and the pair's rematch at Aintree shortly after in the Templegate Hurdle is still talked about now. It was jump racing's most famous ever dead-heat with Paddy Broderick in the saddle.

Hiyaa, sorry for being so MIA lately-I've been very preoccupied with other stuff as of late and haven't found the time to edit :/ Anyhoo, my first ever horse racing video was to this song and that was in summer 2010...when my old account got deleted, so did this video and due to getting a new laptop, I no longer had the file so I couldn't reupload it. This was probably a good thing though, as the other one was made on movie maker and was so full of mistakes it's untrue! But the song goes really well with racing so I decided to remake it. It's not my best, but I hope you enjoy! (And on another note, it's only 4 and a half weeks until the Cheltenham festival!!! I am so excited you wouldn't believe :D Who do we think are going to be champions this year? Does nayone have a banker? Mine is Sprinter Sacre for the Arkle, and I can't wait to see him run on saturday!)
