Here is Charmayne James and Scamper making three barrel racing runs during rounds 8, 9 and 10 at the 1992 National Finals Rodeo. They won round 8 (Typical, ESPN coverage where they only show runs delayed with big watermarks to show scores of that day). Scamper carried Charmayne to her ninth world championship that year. My 8 yr old Thoroughbred mare Zena Galloping just under 1/2 mile in no time flat. Zena has awesome power and speed, You can tell she was born to run. The ride is more incredible than the video.
