From the track to the show grounds - 4 yo OTTB [03:29]

First time riding jasper! [00:48]
yay! so today i rode jasper for the first time (the plan was to re-break him around june/july but after an injury and many setbacks we left it) and i am proud to say i have been the first person to ride him after his injury and to start his career as an ottb! he was such a star and let me lean over then swing my leg up! not going to lie i was so nervous haha! when we got him we where he had an issue with mounting/starting of and bucking! he did not put a foot wrong! he will be doing this for a while and then we will start hacking when he gets his shoes on! ps everyone has different ways of backing/re-breaking horses so no crit:)! p.ss my job is going great! finally getting some luck!

Charlotte- Ottb Training [03:56]
Charlotte has had 3 months professional training after being a racehorse for 5 years. This is her first time at one of our training barns over a course of 2'6" with spreads. She is still learning striding, but doing very well considering she didnt know about anything when I got her.

I am really late uploading this, like a month late. It took forever to get the clips together and I couldn't find the version of this song that I wanted so I used this instead, I literally spent forever trying to find it and then gave up. I'm not overly pleased with how this video turned out, not my best work at all. Oh well, it shows various clips throughout the past year and a bit. There's like no clips from September 2011 - April 2012 as we were going through a really rough time and I had my accident before Christmas so before/after that things were not great tbh. So the first bareback clip in the purple hoodie is around the time I started gaining confidence back, and the first jumping clips of us together/first canter were mid April 2012 when I truly started riding again, and those were our first jumps and canter together. I had not cantered or jumped in over a year due to various reasons. I hugged her after because I was SO beyond proud of her and how far we both have come. After that we've started truly making progress. It has been a long and bumpy road to get to where we are now, and the road from here won't be easy either, but it is so worth it every single day. Looking for a part time leaser for lovely mare for 2-4 days per week (one will be a lesson day). Beverley is available immediately. Looking for a show minded rider. Beverley has potential+. Beverley is a 6 y/o TB. She is a big boned girl, built more like a WB. Overall she is a big sweetheart and has a great personality. She is green, however she is sane, but due to her size and that she is still learning the ropes herself I would like a teenager or young adult who is confident in their abilities as well as looking to be in a consistent lesson program with coach of my approval, depending on your abilities this may be negotiable. If beginner rider I would like leaser to be in regular lessons with coach on site. Beverley is very honest and willing to please, she really wants to make her rider happy. She is not flighty or hot. W/T/C on lunge, W/T/C under saddle. Goes on lunge line or free lunging. Has been started over small fences, she pops right over no hesitation. Stands for vet/farrier and to groom/tack up. Quick learner. She is kept UTD on everything. Very much a "people horse", loves attention. Sane enough for my green to horses boyfriend to ride on his own at a trot, as well as double bareback.
