Hundreds from across Ontario gathered at Queens Park on August 30th to protest against the Ontario government's decision to cancel the Slots from Racetracks program. As this is an issue that will negatively affect rural Ontario and the horse racing industry, Racing Future was on hand to show their support.

Inherently's maiden win at Turfway Park 1-18-13 [01:34]
Inherently, a 4yr old gelding by Dehere, made his debut Friday, Jan 18th and won! He beat some nice horses-the favorite, #5 Steel Guitar, is a half brother to Breeder's Cup winner, Midnight Lute, and another runner, #10 Strong Government, actually was already a winner in his last start but got disqualified for rider interference. Jockey Amanda Tamberullo did an excellent job preparing this horse in his morning workouts as well as rating him perfectly in the race. I sure would like to post more winning videos of this guy in the future!
