Christmas Teriyaki Flank Steak! [04:16]
Flan Steak - marinate a small flank steak in 2 table spoon of VH Teriyaki sauce - place crushed garlic in opening of steak - place onion slices - marinate for 2 hours - place in greased baking container - cook on low/medium heat for close to , or 1 hour, or until meat is cooked you can cover steak depending on the container Vegetables - wash slices of asparagas, broccoli, red pepper/ snowpeas, and green beans - stir in your favorite oil .... sesame/ olive/ peanut etc - add one teaspoon of soya sauce - veggies should be ready in six minutes pasta - cook your favorite pasta - drain and rinse Please enjoy your delicious meal!!!

California-bred stars and Breeders' Cup World Championships contenders Amazombie, California Flag and Caracortado in their stalls at Santa Anita Park racetrack in Arcadia, Calif., USA.
