Mucho Macho Man - Aqueduct Allowance [01:56]
Graded stakes winner Mucho Macho Man, making his first start since finishing seventh in the Grade 1 Belmont Stakes in June, used front-running tactics to capture his comeback race, a $55000 allowance/optional claiming event on Wednesday at Aqueduct Racetrack. Mucho Macho Man was quickest from the gate and led through fractions of 23.32 and 46.32 while receiving pressure from Southern Ridge. Ramon Dominguez gave Mucho Macho Man more rein on the far turn, and the 3-year-old son of Macho Uno steadily increased his advantage to the wire, defeating runner-up Gallant Fields by 5 ¾ lengths. Off as the 7-5 favorite, Mucho Macho Man paid $4.90 and completed one mile in 1:34.72.

Elusive Pearl - 2011 Pebbles S. [01:59]
Able to dictate a slow tempo, Elusive Pearl proved impossible to catch on Monday at Belmont Park in the $100000 Pebbles for 3-year-old fillies. After grabbing the lead as the field exited the one-mile chute on the Widener turf course, Elusive Pearl received token pressure from Divalarious through soft fractions of 24.88 and 50.44. The favorite was kept under a hold entering the stretch and was hand-ridden as she opened on her rivals, with runner-up Hessonite closing down the center of the track to finish 2 ¼ lengths behind the winner. The final time for one-mile over firm turf was 1:36.61. Elusive Pearl, returned $6.10 for a $2 win wager.

My Miss Aurelia - 2011 Frizette (G1) [01:52]
My Miss Aurelia set a fast, contested pace and drew off in the stretch to register a 5 ½-length victory in the Grade 1, $300000 Frizette for 2-year-old fillies, respectively giving jockey Corey Nakatani and trainer Steve Asmussen their sixth and fourth victories on Saturday's card at Belmont Park. Nakatani became the third jockey in Belmont Park history to win six races on a single card, matching the feats achieved by Jorge Velasquez in 1981 and Ramon Dominguez on June 5 during this year's spring-summer meet. It was the 17th time a jockey has won six races on a single card on The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) circuit. In the Frizette, My Miss Aurelia rushed up from post position 1 to grab the lead from Spare Change, setting pressured fractions of 22.64 and 46.02. Nakatani took a confident look back following three-quarters in 1:10.38, and My Miss Aurelia ran away from her rivals in the stretch as runner-up Stopshoppingmaria gave vain chase in second. My Miss Aurelia completed one mile in 1:35.22, returned $6.50 for a $2 win wager as the 2-1 second choice, and earned a guaranteed berth in the Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf on November 4 at Churchill Downs, with the Frizette having been designated a Breeders' Cup Challenge "Win and You're In" race.
