Watch this clip chronicling Mario Gutierrez's start at Hastings Racecourse. His first local victory, a big win with Sir Gallovic in the G3 BC Premier and one of his favorite local horses, Holy Nova winning the G3 Ballerina. Then it's off to Santa Anita where Mario shocked the field and scored on Doug O'Neil's I'll Have Another at 43-1 in the Robert B Lewis Stakes. The final race is a hard fought victory in the Santa Anita Derby -- he's off to Kentucky next week to ride of the choices in the Derby! Go Mario Go!

April Showers Cannock Chase Monkey Trail Lower Cliff Santa Cruz v10 Riding cannock chase inbetween april showers, on the day it would pour it down with rain, dry out and then instantly pour it down with rain again! Conditions werent as bad as usual wet conditions in the uk as it was a warmish day and the rain was drying before the ground had chance to soak in the moisture. Bikes on the day were a santa cruz v10 and a morewood kalula. I ride very slowly in the videos due to the fact that i am awaiting a shoulder operation to stop my arm dislocating!
