Pole Bending at 2 Mile Creek Ranch 9/17/11 [00:42]
This is me and my horse Styx pole bending at 2 Mile Creek Ranch. This run is the best we've ever done and we're quickly improving. I won the 2011 1D Youth Polebending Reserve Champion (I was second). I was just a few points shy of missing a buckle! Darn it! Maybe next time.

The first pony race at Bonvilston for 128cm and under ponies over 4 furlongs was won by Bugsy ridden by 9 year old Jack Tudor who I caught up with after the race. He was a little shy I think but certainly a future name to watch for as he gave his pony a great ride! Paul Nicholls - a future work rider??? ;)

Kauto Star & Denman :|| What Legends Are Made Of [02:53]
NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED. Please please don't remove this video, clips and music are property of their rightful owners and this video was made because I love the horses, not for profit! Kauto Star and Denman. Two truly magnificent horses of National hunt racing. Anyone who knows racing loves these horses. There are Kauto fans and Denman fans (I have to confess I'm one of those xD) But they are really both just exceptional horses. Why do we have to compare them? Kauto, the flashy french bred, an example of equine brilliance, with an amazing turn of foot and usually flawless jumping. He has won 14 grade ones, including four King George's and two Gold cups. His most recent season has been tough, after falling in the 2010 gold cup, losing his king George crown and being pulled up at Punchestown (after a valiant third in the 2011 gold cup). Many have called for him to be retired. He is 11 years old. I'd hate to see him go downhill, or worse, injure himself, but my opinion is give him one more race,as he may bounce back after the Summer. He doesn't owe us anything but connections will have his best interests at heart whatever they choose and doesn't he deserve one more chance? Denman, the powerful irish bred, a real slogger blessed with extraordinary stamina, he can grind his opponents into the ground. Different to Kauto in many ways, as he doesn't have as many grade ones to his name (only 4) but seemingly unbeatble at his peak. He has put up breathtaking displays in ...
