So here we are at our new yard, wahooooo! :D This property belongs to a friend of mine who has invited us to keep Rodge there so we can get some work done with him, as it's just too wet and slippery at home. This is just a bit of flatwork from today that we did, I've been working on getting him to stretch through his body and trying to loosen him a bit more, and improve his trot/canter work - so far so good. We've started a bit of leg yielding, and he's starting to get the hang of it, lol :) Not much news to report, as I only did a video the other day so enjoy! Luv Katie xx

Toby Pony - Dec 10th [03:17]
Doing a bit of flatwork with the Toby Pony. He did alright today considering it was blowing a gale!!! Hahaha :) I think I'm starting to figure out how to ride him, not perfect, but getting there! He's getting a bit more consistent on the flat, havent done much canter work, the ground is really slippery as we've had heave rain every other day, so as soon as it firms up going to be doing much more canter work, and possibly a bit more jumping too. The little crossrail and poles was just for a little bit of fun, and gives them a little something to think about I recon :) For everyone that's been messaging me - he's rising 7, 16hh, TB, and has been off the track for just under a year I think, but the only ridden work he's done has been with me, and we've had about 5 rides so far. games series #2~Griffin and Jazz [04:51]
griffin at the ballarat and district games series #2 at beaufort PC. its was veerrrrry foggy in the morning and we could hardly see the poles haahahah. it was also rly slippery so its not a very exciting video coz we all had to take it pretty easy. but we ended up coming reserve champ and had stax of fun. :):) x

Barrel Practice [01:13]
just doing barrels, still need to do some fixer uppers! I made my pocket too wide at second and had too much inside rein on on third, but first was PERFECT!... not goin real fast because we were in slippery grass
