Hung Gar style contains many forms with and without weapons. Originally contained only the form Gung Ji Fuk Fu Kune or "taming the tiger in gung character", which Dating back to the Siu Lam Temple in Fukien, and which actually contains two forms into one. Kune Gung Ji is the first part, a basic form contains the fundamental stances and techniques style, and Fook Fu Kune, a form of fierce combat using these techniques. The shape of the Five Animals (Ng Yin Kune) and how of the 10 forms (Yin Kune Sap) also called "five Animals and Five Elements, also highlights the dances "hǔ qiǎngduàn xin Hei, 黑虎抢断心black tiger steals the heart, are among those that contain the original techniques of Hung Gar and taught after mastering the Kune Gung Ji Fuk Fu. The origin of these forms is uncertain. Ng Yin Kune contains the techniques of the Tiger (Fu), Dragon (Lung), Snake (She), Leopard (Pao) and Crane (Hok), providing the technical and tactical practitioner different characteristics, based on imitation the spirit and the fighting technique of these animals. The Dragon provides the spirit and internal energy, tiger strengthens muscles and tendons and provides fierceness and power, attacking with palm and fingers, leopard provides speed and strengthens bones, with tactics surprise and vicious, the snake provides technical vulnerabilities with the fingertips and lock movements, and the crane provides balance hang-block technique, kick and attack peak crane. Sheza Fastime Dalye, aka Bones—2002 AQHA mare. Clips are from 2008 and 2009. Runs are shown in no particular chronological order. A few of the patterns included in this video were good enough to place her in the top four of the 1D of NBHA jackpots out of about 100 entries. Bones injured her left front leg in May of 09, tearing her deep digital flexor tendon in three places. Twelve months and $4000 of treatment later, Im still not sure if shell return to the barrel racing arena. Fingers crossed that I get to enjoy this mares talents in the future. Included are the Paul Simon / Simon&Garfunkel songs "Hearts and Bones," for which the mare was named, as well as "Bridge Over Troubled Water," for its memorable line, "Sail on Silvergirl...." La yegua Venezolana BAMBERA conducida por el Tendon PEREZ no tuvo suerte en su primera incursion en Gulfstream Park, llegando ultima esto devido a una mala partida pues la misma se fue de manos cargandoce a la parte externa que dando muy retardada y luego antes de girar la primera curva se encuentra con una pared por el riel 1 y 2 que no deja a su jinete accionar con mayor libertad de este modo ya en la ultima curva esta totalmente desarmada arrivando ultima en un lote que llego muy compacto muy maa suerte para la venezolana en esta carrera.
