Cut Snake Racing Moora Speedway 17.11.12 - Infield View [03:12]
Anthony Heelan has a great run in the second heat for Street Stocks at Moora Speedway 17th November 2012. Starting towards the rear of the field, he carves his way through crossing the line in second place. Excuse the jumpy video, kinda hard to avoid is a I spun around in circles trying to capture the action on the track.
Horse with no jockey wins race!! [01:35]
Blake Shinn, jockey of Exceed And Exalt, was buckled off his mount just 50m out of the barriers, but the horse went on to be first past the post. (The jockey didn't get injured by the way)
Dunkeld Cup 2012 by Landserv & Campolina [07:11]
With thanks to Landserv and Campolina, we traveled to the 2012 Dunkeld Cup, in the Grampians, Victoria to experience a day in the Life of a Thoroughbred Horse Trainer. Campolina owned and trained Tayla Lee, a grey mare, ran in race 8 and was accompanied on her trip by an enthusiastic crew from Campolina, including owner Ian Bell & Trainer Andrew Dillon. This story gives a little insight into not only the huge effort and dedication required to successfully campaign a thorough bred but also the excitement of race day from the perspective of those who are directly involved -- not just making a punt from the fence! It's insightful & its exciting -- I hope you enjoy it!!
