So, this is my new man! His name is Vertigo, aka Bates, he's a 16 year old, 16.2 OTTB. He's got quite the impressive record! His great granddad was Secretariat for startes, and Bates here wasn't too shabby a race horse in his day:) After racing he was then competed through intermediate! I hope to take him Prelim! We've already plannewd our move up to Training in April, so....maybe next season we'll be kickin it at Prelim!! This isn't edited obviously,I don't have very many clips of him yet, i know I know I need beating for it, but hey! I forgot lol! I promise, Ill have a proper video of me and him soon! I LOVE THIS HORSE!!! Did I mention I got him for only a dollar??? But that's another story allll together! Love yall, tell me what you think of him!

Kauto Star :|| THE KING [01:35]
Can King Kauto make it five consecutive King George victories on Saturday. I think so. He's one of, if not THE best steeplechaser since Arkle, and his spectacular victories have lit up the world of jump racing. His record his phenomenal when you think about it-four King George's in a row, two Cheltenham Gold Cups, Two Tingle Creeks, an Ascot Chase, three Betfair Chases, an Aon Chase, an Old Roan Chase, two grade ones in ireland. He's won everything! It's a shame his regular partner, Ruby Walsh will be unable to ride him, but the great jockey Tony Mccoy is a more than worthy substitute in my opinion. The greatest jockey ever on one of the greatest horses ever, what a combination! While my heart will always hold a special place for the mighty Denman above all others, the horse who is the reason I started watching racing and who I hope can regain his Gold Cup in March that he won in 2008, Kauto Star for me is the kind of horse that jump racing is about-fast, versatile, brave and a great jumper! If he is able to win his fifth King George it would be a very special day for racing. Good luck King Kauto!
