Toronto Waterfront Marathon - Final 500m

Not my best performance by a long shot. Went out too fast and hit the wall at 13km... ran the remaining 29km feeling like crap and had INTENSE cramping (charlie horse) in the quads and calves for the last 7km or so. This is video covers the final 500m of the race in all its shakiness glory.
